Covid -19 Update - Open During Lockdown
We are open during the Covid -19 pandemic! Including the Jan/Feb 2021 lockdown. Our society has provided strict guidelines, which we are rigorously adhering to. Under normal conditions, podiatrists follow infection control guidelines routinely. This includes protocols for instrument sterilisation, hand washing before and after patient contact, clinical waste, and cleaning of the clinic etc.
In addition, during the pandemic, we are also,

allowing extra gaps between appointments to allow extra deep cleaning and to help avoid patients meeting subsequent patients.

patients are advised to reschedule appointments should they have any symptoms or contact with persons with Covid 19, patients are also screened on entry

patients are directed to use hand sanitiser and may also wash their hands, on entry and exit to the building

the podiatrist see's all patient's in full PPE, including wearing scrubs, using disposable gloves and apron, visor and mask,

contactless payment is encouraged

Medical History and Consent Forms can now be completed electronically

patients are asked to wear a mask from entry to exit of the building
